Once complete, these homes are released for the right buyers to purchase off the plans. We do not build to order, allowing us to stay true to our creative process and deliver homes that are considered, distinctive, and unmistakably different.

Founded by Nathan Finlay in 2020, Connect Homes draws on over 30 years of building experience and a drive to do things differently. We design and build bold, well-crafted homes with purpose, leading every project with clear vision and sharp detailing. Later joined by Ruari Dickson as director, the business strengthened its construction leadership, with Ruari ensuring every build is delivered with precision and consistency.
We don’t build to order, we build because we believe in the power of great design executed well. Each home begins with a strong architectural concept, developed with designers who align with our vision. From there, our team brings it to life with care and precision, refining every detail to ensure the finished home feels cohesive, effortless, and entirely one of a kind.

Purchase off the plans
We are taking a new approach. Our previous buyers have been sold the moment they walked through the door, sometimes while the home was still under construction. Now, for the first time, we are offering the chance to purchase our concepts off the plans on their designated locations. We’ve done all the hard work, so you get to secure a home that is considered, distinctive, and ready to be shaped with you. Depending on the stage of the build, you can also work alongside our interior designer to personalise the finishing touches.
